Viviana has more than 15 years of experience in sales and sales, sales forecasting, revenue recognition and customer service working in various industries in Mexico and Latin America.
In 1999 he ventured into the tourism industry directing the Call Center for the Magic Mexico Program of the Ministry of Tourism, implementing a training and promotion of national destinations program. Coordinated several promotional campaigns with travel agents and touristic suppliers. Within this program, he took charge of coordinating the service offered by the telephone number 01800 MEXICO focused primarily on providing assistance to travel agencies in Mexico and abroad, offering general information on the tourist destinations of our country, its suppliers and main activities in each region.
