Gaby has 9 years of experience on the retail front of two of Mexico’s most recognized travel agencies. She began her professional career at Viajes Palacio (Virtuoso), where she acquired a great deal of experience in travel marketing by developing Co-ops with important touristic companies and brands. She was also in charge of coordinating prospecting client events for El Palacio de Hierro.

At American Express Mexico, she was in charge of marketing strategies for the highest segment of credit card holders: Platinum and Centurion. She was also responsible for the relationship with more than 400 luxury hotels worldwide where she generated alliances that lead to the success of the programs that were under her supervision.

By creating multiple communication strategies for AMEX’s most important clients, she was able to consolidate her knowledge in luxury travel products that target the most demanding niche in the Mexican market. Gabriela launched important internal communication campaigns, Trade Shows, Lunch & Learns, and personalized call center floor activation campaigns among other specialized events focused on increasing knowledge of programs like Fine Hotels & Resorts, Centurion & Platinum Escapes Program, Centurion Hotel Program, Small Luxury Hotels and Preferred Hotels Program.

Gabriela has a deep knowledge of the requirements that the Mexican travel agent needs in order to generate sales within the luxury segment. Her experience covers the creation of personalized loyalty programs for travel agents as well as the generation of strategies directed to increase product awareness among the agents.
